With over 25 years in the construction industry and a deep understanding of the housing stock of the East Bay, I bring a calm and competent voice to the process of interpreting the health of a home.

As a home inspector, my role is to help you, either the homeowner or the real estate agent put into plain language the problems, concerns, and strengths of a given structure.

My reports are thorough and unique to the home. As a master framer and concrete contractor I have decades of experience and have seen hundreds of homes in every possible scenario and condition. Nothing shocks me and I bring that calm to my work as an inspector.
